Projects / Experience:

Alcoa Incorporated:

Responsibilities included customized courseware development and classroom instruction as part of the project team developing and delivering Oracle's Applications 11i end user training. Extensive work with end users, subject matter experts, and implementation team members.

Keyspan Incorporated:

Responsibilities included classroom instruction as part of an eight-person team for over 1,000 end users of Oracle v10.7 Applications.

Los Angeles County Office of Education:

Responsibilities included, as part of the project team, the implementation of Oracle Purchasing and Accounts Payable Modules as the first public sector Oracle client. In addition, she developed and delivered Purchasing end user training.

Acuson Corporation:

Responsibilities included classroom instruction as part of a six-person team for over 300 end users of Microsoft Windows applications.

Paradigm Learning:

Responsibilities included facilitation of business finance and strategy simulations to a wide range of clients, including Sabre Corporation, Nintendo of America, Best Foods Baking Company, Kmart, and Adobe.

Other Clients Include:

New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Custom Training Institute, Leadership Management International.
