Manufacturing Industries. Mr.Chandran is proficient
with Oracle Tutor as well as several authoring and
publishing tools and has developed documentation in
both ILT and WBT formats.
Projects / Experience:
Alcoa Inc:
Implemented Oracle Tutor across several Oracle Applications 11i Financial and Manufacturing modules. Responsibilities include developing business processes, mapping to Oracle processes and documenting using Oracle Tutor.
Visa International:
Developed business-process documentation using Oracle Tutor for their International Finance Division across various modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Purchasing. Responsibilities included developing process documents for their regional as well as their global business.
Oracle Corporation:
Developed courseware for Oracle University on several Oracle products as well as developed training material for various LOBs such as Consulting, Sales, and Support. Mr.Chandran's responsibilities included working through the product life cycle and insuring release of courseware along with the product.
Trident Financial Services:
Responsibilities included developing product functional specifications and translating the design to the development team for product development. Mr.Chandran has also designed usability test for the product, developed white papers and presented new-feature functionality to various LOBs.

Enfield Group, Leyland Group, Data Software Research Company and Radiant Software.
