Kent DeBruycker

Mr. DeBruycker has over thirty years of experience in manufacturing applications as a manager, consultant, trainer and analyst. Additionally, Mr. DeBruycker has twelve years of progressive experience in customized training design, development and delivery. Mr. DeBruycker utilizes his extensive business management experiences along with his experience in classroom instruction to produce a very personal, highly focused, dynamic learning experience for end-user training participants.

Specialties include Training Needs Assessment, Training Design and Development, Training Delivery, Manufacturing Analysis, and Inventory/Purchasing Policies and Procedures.

Projects/Experience:

Implementation and training experience in R11.3, R11i and R11i 5, specifically design, development and delivery in INV, AP, AR, GL and PUR with Oracle Tutor software.

Twenty plus years of hands-on experience with Manual, MRP, MRP II and ERP systems in both multi-site and multi-org installations. Functionally proficient in both the office and shop floor modules, such as INV, ENG, Planning, WIP, Quality, PUR as well as an understanding of Financials.

Have written QS9000 (ISO9000) Level II, Level III and Work Instructions for Inventory, Receiving and Purchasing.

Have had extensive exposure to or am proficient in the following types of manufacturing environment: Assembly, Automotive, Discrete, Flow, J.I.T., Job Shop, Lean, Machining, Process, Repetitive, and Work Order Less.

Significant management experience including Customer Service, Sales Management, Order management, Forecasting, Production Control, Master Scheduling, Shop Floor Reporting, Inventory Control, Purchasing and Financial Budgeting. Resource responsible has been for between 3 and 30 resources.
