Responsibilities included customized courseware development for Oracle Applications end user training as part of the Implementation team. Performed business requirements, mapping requirements, training needs assessment, customized course development, course facilitation, course certification development and implementation, follow-up training, department procedures manual, and transition to AEL training department.

American Trans Air:

Responsibilties included project team member creating Oracle Applications end-user training for Accounts Payables, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.

I2 Technologies:

Project Manager responsible for the development of training in support of i2 Technologies worldwide Oracle Applications implementation.

Greyhound Corporation:

Project Manager responsible for the development, implementation, and roll-out of national reservation system and training program for the transportation industry, including end-user needs assessment, complete development of training modules, facilitation of end-user training, and follow-up training.
