Stryker Orthopedics:

Developed courseware for several Oracle applications and delivered training at headquarters and in the field.

DAI:

Developed courseware for several Oracle financial Applications

District of Columbia:

Managed all aspects of training program for over 1000 end users on Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Scorecard including:preparing and managing three other trainers, scheduling classroom availability, incorporating business processes into training materials, and prepared training material for Hyperion Planning (including 5 separate applications) and Hyperion Scorecard.

Group Voyagers Project:

Wrote detailed Oracle financial systems documentation for Group Voyager and instructed users on Oracle Projects, Oracle Assets, and Oracle Payables.

Adelphia Project:

Wrote detailed bankruptcy documentation for Adelphia and instructed users on Bankruptcy procedures.

Alcoa Hyperion Project:

Wrote process documentation for Alcoa business processes using FrameMaker and instructed users on Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Reports, and Hyperion Analyzer (including users in Europe).

Alcoa Oracle Project:

Wrote process documentation for Alcoa business processes using Oracle Tutor and instruct users on using Oracle (customized screens) and Discoverer.

Captura Project:

Traveled to various AT&T Broadband sites to instruct users on Captura (travel and entertainment reporting system), taught Captura via WebEx (internet meeting tool), and worked on Captura help desk to answer questions of new Captura users and setup new users.

CPE Project:

Worked with AT&T Broadband as a Project Manager/Trainer in charge of developing documentation for Customer Premise Equipment Manual and travled to various AT&T Broadband sites to instruct users on Customer Premise Equipment Manual.

Idea Integration:

As an Oracle Consultant, Ms Lyon worked with AT&T Broadband to ensure smooth transition to Oracle Financials for former Media One sites, traveled to former Media One sites to instruct users on how to use Oracle Financials as well as Accounting Procedures, and documented AT&T Broadband Accounting Procedures.

Arthur Andersen, LLP:

As a Systems Administrator, in both Oracle and Hyperion, Ms. Lyon reviewed, implemented and tested systems upgrade to Oracle 10.7 including both GL and AP modules, planned and executed Y2K testing for Oracle General Ledger and Hyperion, administered Financial Database for Hyperion by ensuring that data was correct and that consolidation logic was working properly, monitored and corrected interfaces from various subsystems to the Oracle General Ledger and from Oracle GL to Hyperion, was responsible for responding to and solving operational problems of users, monitored all job streams, including 24-hour on-call support, defined system parameters and administered system security, and worked with end-users to determine reporting needs in both Hyperion and Oracle and wrote reports using Hyperion Report Writer, Oracle FSGs and Infomaker.
