Ms. Vittorio has fourteen years of progressive experience
in customized training design, development, management
and delivery in a wide variety of industries. Currently a
Senior Curriculum Developer, Ms. Vittorio has extensive
experience in instructional design and utilizes Oracle Tutor
as well as other curriculum development software to
create highly-focused, customized end-user training.
Specialties include Learning Strategies, Project Management, Training Design and Development, Training Needs Assessment, Training Delivery, Performance Improvement, and Documentation.

Alcoa Incorporated:
Responsibilities included customized courseware development as part of the project team developing Oracle's Applications 11i end user training.
Beckman Coulter:
Responsibilities included Project Manager for customized training solutions for Oracle Applications 11i end user training.
Kforce Education Services:
Certification as a PeopleSoft instructor, specializing in Query/Crystal Reporting and managing consultant. Her responsibilities included the delivery of training in PeopleSoft facilities, in addition to on-site customized classes at client locations.
Education Solutions Manager responsible for directing a staff of 25 trainers and curriculum developers geographically dispersed across the U.S. This group provided customized training solutions and certification programs in support of Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft, Novell and Lotus Notes products internationally.
Corning Incorporated:
Project Manager responsible for the development and delivery of training in support of Corning Incorporated's worldwide PeopleSoft implementation. Also responsible for management of a training staff tasked with development and delivery of end-user training.
The West Company:
Production Planner responsible for the implementation of a real time production and process monitoring system, including re-engineering business processes for the Production Planning and Materials Procurement departments and training staff members on the new system. In addition, she developed a Skills Based Certification program to provide a consistent approach to employee development.
